About Me
I have a passion for the Maths and Sciences, especially the applied Math an Science fields. I attended one of the top engineering schools in the nation (Missouri S&T) for my undergraduate degree. Here I developed an appreciation for all things nerdy. I also learned that anyone could become an engineer if they had the right mindset. Math isn't something that you get or you don't. Math is something you develop with hard work and a bit of dedication. It is my goal to help students understand and enjoy the mathematical concepts that we cover in class as much as I do. I want students to see that Math isn't a subject to be hated or feared but to be enjoyed and utilized on a daily basis. Students will be amazed at what they can do if they move past their preconceived notions of what math is and instead openly explore the subject with an open mind and heart. Yes, I said heart. You can't master a subject without putting your heart into it. That is why everyday I put my heart into teaching a subject that I love.
